Image recognition and analysis is the process of extracting crucial information and features from images using digital image processing techniques. Both fields are attributed to pattern recognition and image processing.
The many years of experience of ZeSys employees in the development, modification and application of special and common methods for edge detection, object and pattern recognition, combined with sound knowledge of current programming languages, have been successfully applied several times.

In the project VisuPV a visual method was developed to detect damages and anomalies on solar panels. These were previously photographed with special thermal cameras. Finally, the user of the specially designed software was informed which defects and anomalies were detected and how much of the examined area is affected by anomalies and defects.
